Before talking to the receptionist to make an appointment please refer to the A-Z of services to decide who best to come and see.  If in doubt make an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner.

We offer 2 types of appointment:

1. Routine
   Bookable in advance during open hours.  We always do our best to book you in at a time that suits you.
    
2. Same day/Next day
   For anyone who feels they are unable to wait for a routine appointment.  They are usually offered later on the same day or if not, as soon as possible on the following day.  If you think you may need extra time with the Doctor or Nurse Practitioner ask the Receptionist for a double appointment.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you find that you don't need an appointment you have made with us or, for whatever reason, are unable to keep one please call us as soon as you can on 020 8312 8701.  Letting us know means that someone else can be seen sooner.  We will happily make another appointment if you still need one.  Please be sure and attend on time as it may be necessary to rebook if you are more than ten minutes late.

Telephone Advice

We know many of you are busy and that sometimes a journey to the surgery for a chat might be difficult to fit in.  If you ever want advice on anything, want to check on any self-care you have started or are simply not sure whether you should come in to see a Doctor or Nurse please telephone.

We are best able to take your calls between 11.15am and 12 noon when morning surgery has ended.  If we are unable to speak to you right away, leave your name and home or work number and we will call back.  We regret we cannot return calls to mobile telephones.

Specialist Nurses

Our nursing team is unique.  Sharon Ramsaroup and Sarah Crowhurst have significant experience and expertise in a wide variety of medical areas.

They work with the doctors in providing comprehensive services for all your routine needs.  Our filtering system for appointments ensures you will see the right clinician for your problem.  As a Practice we are committed to providing you with a high quality service and our nursing team enables us to do this.
